You can cancel your CrackMate subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time
- You will not be charged for future billing cycles
- Your account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Standard Refund Period
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. To be eligible:
- Request must be made within 7 days of initial purchase
- Account must be in good standing
- Refund applies to first-time subscriptions only
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions may have different terms

- Subscription fees beyond the 7-day period
- One-time purchases of specific content
- Add-on services or materials
- Administrative or processing fees

- Technical issues preventing service access
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service unavailability in your region
- Other exceptional circumstances (evaluated case by case)
